1. Satisfaction Guarantee

At Upstone LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with our products and services. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process as described below.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. No questions asked.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing period
  • You retain access to your data and can export it before your subscription ends

4. Custom Development Services

For custom software development projects, refund terms are specified in the individual project agreement. Generally:

  • Deposits are refundable if work has not yet commenced
  • Milestone payments are refundable if the milestone deliverables are not met
  • Final payments are due upon satisfactory delivery and acceptance

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@upstone.io with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The product or service you wish to be refunded for
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Your transaction ID or receipt number

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period for subscription products
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted
