What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant. For larger contracts we accept USD and EUR wire transfers.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All payments are final and non-refundable, whether for SaaS subscriptions or custom engagements. You can cancel a subscription at any time: it stays active until the end of the current period and you are not charged for the next cycle. Before purchasing, we encourage you to evaluate the service through a demo or trial period.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We comply with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing contact@upstone.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial charges.
Do you offer custom development services?
Yes. In addition to our SaaS products, we offer custom software development, e-commerce solutions, mobile apps, and AI integration services. Tell us about your project on the contact page to get a tailored quote.
Where is Upstone LLC located?
Upstone LLC is incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States, and operates fully online. We serve clients globally.
Which languages do you work in?
Our team works fluently in English, French and Spanish. We have shipped products with UI in 8+ languages including Arabic, Italian, German and Portuguese.
How fast can you start a project?
Typically within 1–2 weeks after the quote is signed. We can accelerate for urgent engagements — mention timing constraints in your project brief.
