Refund Policy

1. General Terms
At Upstone LLC, all payments are final and non-refundable. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Our offering covers two types of purchase: (1) subscriptions to our SaaS platforms, billed on a recurring basis (sections 2 and 3); and (2) custom development services, billed per project (section 4).
2. No Refunds
All purchases are final. No refunds, full or partial, are issued once payment has been made, including for unused subscription periods.
We encourage you to evaluate our service — through demos, a trial period where offered, and conversations with our team — before making any purchase.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- No refund is issued for the current period, whether used or not
- You retain access to your data and can export it before your subscription ends
4. Custom Development Services
For custom development projects, all payments (deposits, milestones and final balance) are final and non-refundable. The precise billing and delivery terms are set out in the individual project agreement.
